About Your Personal Strategist:

StratHERgie's Founder and CEO, Dr. Shai Butler has spent more than half of her twenty-five-year career in higher education in the C-suite where she has coached, mentored, and sponsored managers. She currently serves as a career/life strategist for executives to help them strategically plan the integration of their personal and professional lives in their leadership roles.  Dr. Shai has spoken nationally on topics related to navigating organizational politics, values and purpose alignment, overcoming perfectionism & imposter syndrome, and more. Her new memoir, Better. Not Perfect-From Hot Mess to Life Success is a roadmap of healing for recovering perfectionists. In her story she shares how she was on the killer quest for perfection until she hit a wall. Now, Dr. Shai has dedicated this season of her life to helping individuals, especially women, with advice that focusses on career and life integration, leveling up and preparing for the next career move, managing life and work during times of personal and/or professional crisis, and other areas of personal and professional development. She believes in and affirms the value of coaching and therapy, but she is not a coach or therapist. Dr. Shai describes her services as action oriented, helping executives to develop an individual strategic plan, personally tailored and designed for success at work and in life.

Our Individual Career/Life Strategy packages include the following plans:

Level Up Plan

• A Three-month intensive package with a weekly 45-minute session each week designed to support and advise new C-Suite/Cabinet level professionals transitioning into their first executive leadership role or transitioning to a new institution.

• Executive strategic support between sessions when a lifeline is needed for quick advice (email or texting). Up to 3 communications per week. Responses are provided within 24 hours of inquiry.

• Monthly rate pricing includes four weekly 45-minute sessions. Strategic support can be added for an additional fee for the first three months.

• Note: For clients who continue beyond the first three months and commit to a month-to-month package for the first year, strategic support is available at no additional cost and monthly rates continue at a lower rate and includes up to 2 strategic support communications per week.

• Complimentary 30-minute initial intake meeting.

 

Silver Plan​

• Month to month plan that provides a weekly 30-minute strategy session designed to problem solve a particular career/life issue where an action plan is needed (Maximum of four per month). 

• A strategic support communication package can be added for an additional fee per month for up to two weekly communications (email or texting). Responses are provided within 24 hours of inquiry.

• Complimentary 30-minute initial intake meeting.

 

Gold Plan​

• A Three-month intensive package with a weekly 30-minute session to either develop a short-term plan that addresses current challenges or a longer-term plan that charts your next career/life steps. Great for the executive who is considering a career or life change or who has been downsized.

• A personalized library of tools and resources created and designed for your support and development and targeted towards areas of your plan's particular focus.

• Complimentary 30-minute initial intake meeting.

 

Platinum Plan

• One-on-one 60-minute executive sessions two times per month for six or twelve months where we address current work/life challenges and develop a strategic plan for career and life based on the list of offerings above or other individualized topics. 

• Executive strategic support between sessions when a lifeline is needed for quick advice up to 5 strategic support communications per week. Responses are provided within 24 hours of inquiry.

• A personalized library of tools and resources created and designed for your support and development and targeted towards areas of your plan's particular focus.

• Complimentary 30-minute intake meeting.
